Vital Scenes Productions Inc. is an independent film production company established in 1990 by Ken Petersen and Catherine Kinsman.
Vital Scenes Productions draws on the partners’ wealth of experience and creative depth to create entertaining documentary and artistic productions that inform and inspire.
We have focused on producing meaningful films and videos intended to touch the human heart and to elicit compassion and respect for society and the natural world. Our productions, which range from campaign and promotional style films to documentaries and music videos, have been successfully used in Canada, the USA and around the world, to enlighten, educate and motivate. Often our films have been an integral component of positive change.
From concept to final credits we supply all facets of production, including research, development, shooting, writing, and music composing. Through our affiliate company Petersen Post Productions Inc., Vital Scenes also provides excellence in editing backed by a distinguished roster of television and film credits.
